The manager at the Southwood Apartments Cathy is a very caring nice person. I had to move an elderly friend there and she was so helpful and so nice, and made the move so easy. I did get a new phone number and she has it. My name is Barbara Wallace.

I haven't had many issues since moving back here a lil over a year ago I must say that mgmt has been pretty quick to handle any issues that I've had to come up regarding my unit; the only thing I don't t understand is how mgmt just up & suddenly left leaving us residents without anybody in the role of office mgmt or maintenance. I def sure miss having (Ms Tee & Mr Joe, maint. man) around as our Apt mgr.& Maint. guy here in our small tight knit community. I'm hoping they consider coming back one day bc they are definitely missed.
