Southgate Tower Apartments

Don't expect to be treated like a human. It's a corporate machine. They have ignored dozens of emails and phone calls asking basic questions: like why is my apartment receiving "alerts" about humidity with threats of them entering at any time? The security is worrisome as they have non-residents using the pool and gym. And they variably enforce rules: they do not allow pets near the pool, but ignore their own rule about others playing music. It's a fine place to live if you are ok with these things. The maintenance is good on the grounds and in the apartments, which is a blessing. But some days the frustrating aspects are galling.

Frank and maintenance is the best, I love living in this building. The staff is five stars.
