SoDo on Main

This will be a lengthy review, because they deserve it. I recently moved into SoDo on Main North Tower and I’ve had a great experience so far! STAFF: Staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful. My leasing agent, Kaayla, was amazing. She answered all of my questions, stayed communicative throughout the process, and was just so kind. Concierge has been extremely helpful, Modesto during the day and Juliette in the evenings who I’ve met so far have been great about providing information to me whenever I need it. They always look approachable which is important to me in concierge. LOCATION: The views are UNREAL and UNMATCHED. Floor to ceiling windows all around, you really can’t beat it. The location is also a huge plus. Being in downtown, you’d expect chaos, but it actually feels really nice and well-positioned. Onsite market, Coffee shop & bakery is also downstairs! AMENITIES: The rooftop pool, gym, clubhouse, and onsite market and businesses are chef’s kiss. 10/10. Views everywhere and you really don’t have to leave your place if you don’t want to. COMMUNITY PERKS: I was surprised how engaging their resident app is; a lot of residents write posts in there all the time which has really helped me feel connected to my neighbors already. There’s a rewards program too! Overall, I’m really happy with my decision to move here and would definitely recommend this property!

Honestly, I was very surprised reading some of the negative reviews here, because my experience has been completely different. I’m not sure why people are giving low ratings without clear reasons. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and well maintained. Anytime I submitted a maintenance request, the team responded quickly and fixed everything properly. That alone makes a big difference. The elevators are fast and reliable, which is something you really appreciate in daily life. And the view is actually beautiful especially compared to other places in the area. Overall, SoDo on Main has been a comfortable and pleasant place to live. From cleanliness to maintenance and amenities, my experience has been positive, and I genuinely don’t understand the overly negative reviews.

We love it! The views are breathtaking, located in the heart of Houston, the staff is amazing and the neighbors are wonderful! Concierge makes your days/nights better and we have 24/7 snacks and coffee!! There is no place like Sodo! 👠

Living at SoDo on Main has been a great experience overall. The building is well maintained, and the community feels welcoming. Gina and Valentin have both been incredibly helpful throughout my time here they’ve gone above and beyond to make things smooth and easy, whether it’s answering questions or helping with any issues that come up. Their professionalism and attitude really stand out and make a big difference in the experience. Highly recommend SoDo on Main to anyone looking for a solid place to live downtown. — Diego

I love living here! I’m going on my 3rd year now with SoDo in the North tower. I never had any major issues! You never hear your neighbors even if they have events / loud music going on. The apartment throws alot of socials like once a month , it’s a cool event to meet people, and always something different and fun . Maintenance usually fixes things quickly! My biggest issue is that they now make you buy the water filters for your fridge. I think that’s ridiculous since we are renting , all of maintenance things should be cover. They also did this after increasing the rent while adding nothing new while taking away water filter coverage. However , it’s nothing major that would make me want to move. It would have been a 5 star if it wasn’t for the water filter issue.
