Serenity at Cityside

I’m came in for a tour for my dad and not inky is the apartment ideal but Jay and Sandra made my dad and i feel so welcome. We will definitely return in January when hes ready tp move in. Thsnk you guys.

The office staff is friendly, the property is well kept and organized. We love helping residents move into Serenity at Seaside.

The biggest issues I’ve experienced along with others in the complex habe been Lack of communication, false information given, Parking and Towing. The worst part is the front office will make up lies to avoid telling you that they’re who called the tow trucks on your vehicle. There’s been times I followed every rule they told me pertaining to parking and I’ve obeyed each one. Low and behold I’ve experienced going outside and my vehicle isn’t in the parking spot. I will not be coming back to these apartments and of course they’ll respond to this message saying how sorry they are that my experience was this way but in reality they are not they are not.

My family and I have been living here for the last year and it's been one of the best experiences I've had with management and maintenance! Sandra and Jay go over and beyond to help and assist with any needs we've had (minor touch-ups here and there) and are very responsive (which is rare in apartments!) They usually have community events here once ever 2 months which I think is a nice touch. My apartment is upgraded with black/silver appliances and non carpet flooring in the main areas! Maintenance team makes sure to ask if anything else is needed when they come to fulfill an order. For my small family and for the great Elementaries in the area, it's a great fit.

DO NOT! I REPEAT DOOOO NOTTT MOVE HERE!!! IF you don't read any other review, READ THIS ONE and LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!! You will be living in sewer.... LITERALLY ! I will post pictures. I have been in constant contact with the office.... all they do is tell you "someone will come fix it" and of course they never show up.. My roommate and I have been sitting in an apartment filled with waste water from every one in this apartment. Both of our toilets have overflowed, the tub is FULLLLL of POOP and its leaked into the living room, my roommate's room is a freakin swimming pool. We have been calling maintenance for the past THREE days. We have called the city on them along with multiple other residence. because this has not been the first time we've had this issue. Its been more like 5 times. They come out PATCH UP whatever the issue is and two weeks later the problem happens again. The office and maintenance has told me multiple times that the PIPES ARE OLD but they are doing nothing about it. The management team on down to the residents here are just plain trifling (I'd be here all day if I went in to that mess).. but the botttom line is STAY AWAY!
