Royal Wildewood Manor Apartments

Been living here for three years and had no issues with getting any of my work orders resolved. Overall communication is great aswell.

A/C out 6 times in less than 4 months .dishwasher didn't work garbage disposal dont work. Plugs dont work. Bathtub and bathroom sink dont drain . To get it fixed is lije pulling teeth . Been living here about 4 months still waiting to get most things fixed this place is a joke dont rent from here

This place is a Joke! I was supposed to see an apartment that I had been waiting on for about 5 weeks. The first excuse was the apartment wasn't ready because someone had just moved out of it and it had to be worked on first. That's understandable! I didn't argue with that a bit. I asked about how long it would be until it was ready and was told about 2 weeks. I called and was told it was ready. When my husband and I arrived to view the apartment we were told once again it wasn't ready. So I called again and found out that the actual apartment office located in the apartment parking lot is not who you talk to when you call. It's their answering service. So long story short we made an appointment to go look at the apartment, had a scheduled time to be there, 3:00 pm, we arrived on time just to find a sign stating they would be back at 2:30. People we get there at 3:00 sharp, so I knocked on the door and finally an employee came out and said that the particular apartment we had been waiting for had already been leased. I am disabled and on oxygen 24/7 and I struggle to do anything at all. This was very upsetting to me. My recommendation is if you decide to lease from here you need to make sure that you (1) don't call, (2) go there in person (3) have plenty of money because their always changing prices!

I have lived here for over a year now and Ellayna is one of the best managers I’ve dealt with around this area so far. Both managers are great in office. I highly recommend this place. Maintenance is very cool dudes and very fast at work requests. I give this property a 5 star review.

I've visited a friend here several times now and am always impressed by how well maintained the grounds. Grass even looking pretty green for winter. The parking lot could use a bit of spot mending but with the traffic going entirely through and around the back end to exit on Plantation, I'm not surprised. The place is a pleasant enough color. Nothing so much colorful as clean looking. My friend has only a 1 bedroom but it's plenty big with even a small dining alcove. She said shes not seen any signs of roaches or ants even though the next door neighbor moved out 2 weeks prior. It'll be interesting to see how it looks in summer with the kids out of school. Hopefully just as well maintained. If I were single and looking for an apartment I'd definitely look into these especially after hearing what she pays. Really reasonable in my opinion. Good location too.
