The staff at The Rise Condominiums are truly amazing! Every interaction is warm, helpful, and genuinely uplifting. You can feel how much the team cares about keeping the property running smoothly and creating a welcoming, safe atmosphere. Gilbert has helped with encounters in the parking lot for me and my friends that made us all feel safe and secure which was HUGE! So thank you for that! Leigh is always on point to make sure the residents are notified with any updates going on in the building. Their energy and professionalism really stand out, and it makes the whole place feel so well taken care of. Huge appreciation for such a wonderful team!

The staff at The Rise Condominiums are truly exceptional — especially Gilbert, Robert, and Leigh. Their professionalism and kindness have made living here an overwhelmingly positive experience. Robert is one of the most polite, respectful, and genuinely helpful staff members I’ve ever encountered. He’s always ready to assist — whether it’s answering questions, helping with visitor parking, handing packages, or anything else I need. His friendly attitude and consistent reliability make day-to-day life here feel seamless and pleasant. Gilbert gives me an incredible sense of safety and peace, which means everything as a young woman living close to downtown. I know he always has my back. When he’s on duty, I feel protected, supported, and secure — from the moment I pull into the gate to the moment I’m inside my home. He goes above and beyond to ensure everyone who lives here feels safe, welcomed, and at ease. My anxiety has decreased significantly, and a huge part of that is thanks to Gilbert’s dedication and presence. Leigh, our manager, is by far the best this building has ever had. She is extremely communicative, warm, and always approachable. She’s consistently willing to help in any way she can, and her leadership sets such a positive tone for the entire community. Thank you to this amazing team — and a special shoutout to these three star staff members. Your hard work, kindness, and commitment truly make The Rise feel like home. I’m grateful to have such wonderful people as part of my community.
