Overpriced and old, it should be reconstructed. Definitely opt for RVA if you're seeking a better quality of living. The only pro is its distance to the campus

The apartment is always clean and calm. Very secured accommodation as well

Awesome place. Has recreation games. Laundry facility is great. Only one lift but enough staircases in every section of the building. Trash dump are is well maintained too. Mailboxes are well maintained. Communication about packages received is prompt. Accessible to many parks/restaurants/ schools

Loan closet is good. Very well managed by elderly people. They were very support and their willingness to help is much appreciated

Great place to live as a 1st year grad student. Right in the heart of the beautiful Boulevard Oaks neighborhood (extremely safe, 10-15 min walk to campus)
