Residence at Westchase

I currently live at Residence at Westchase and have had a positive experience here. The community is clean and well maintained. I would like to mention Asina D. from the leasing office. She is very kind, professional, and always helpful. She answers questions clearly and provides great customer service. I’m happy to live in this community and would recommend it.

Cozumel apartments are great and spacious They have a great staff Octavio H helped me today and he was quick, informative and friendly. He had us in and out in 5 minutes.

I have been here for 2 years and my car tires have been removed twice and my house has been broken into once. The office staff are very bad and do not solve the problem. They charge you unreasonable fees when you move out. I advise you not to come here.

They come into your apartment when you’re not home , they don’t even knock when they have work orders . Work orders not being done and when I tell him something is wrong he brushes me off and says nothing is wrong w it . The dude in the locs and the white or Hispanic tall lady who also just walks in my apartment without knocking and waiting . I’ve put in 5 pest control orders and still nobody has came . It always smells like weed everywhere .This is not no luxury apartments . They don’t even valet your trash like they supposed to . The office is ALWAYS locked at all business hours of everyday and they just be in there talking and will just look at you and keep talking . Going to move when my lease is up I’ll be damned if I lived here another term . And the dude w the black locs sexually harasses me and the lady in the office said it’s nothing they can do about it . Edit : they target you and harass you for making a review or complaint . Super uncomfortable to live here . The maintenance man literally came into my apartment and I have 3 daughters and said it’s cause he suspected there was weed based off of he say she say and that he may come in regardless . And I read my lease agreement and it says that at any time any of them (police, office people , maintenance) may come in at any time whether you’re there or not even if they have to break a window to do so . Currently looking for somewhere else to rent and will see my options for ending my lease early . My kids man , this is super stressful frustrating and insanity .

It’s very hard to communicate with management, no one in person to talk to. Always texting. I had lived here about 7 years, I am still here because I have 1-2 years to retire and was waiting to do so and move definitely into retirement place. It’s upsetting when you just renew contract and they breach contract, hopefully a mistake. I will not find out til they answer text, because management never talks to you in person. The management company for last 3 years been terrible. And now we pay for Amenities. Property not taken care
