I’ve had a great experience living here thanks to the amazing staff. Sylvia is an excellent manager, and Martin is always so helpful and professional. Maria and Kassandra are friendly, organized, and make the office feel welcoming. The maintenance team — Felix, Aaron, Jorge, and Delmy — is fast, reliable, and always respectful. I really appreciate everything they do. This is a great community because of them.

Apartments are cool the management isn’t the best and aren’t looking to help the tenants. Had an issue recently where maintenance entered my apartment to fix my washing machine I had a hookah device in my bathroom on the counter before I left even had pictures and time stamps. When I returned home that evening it was broken into pieces and the glass was put inside of it. I didn’t even notice right away until I took a shower and got out and stepped on a piece of glass. Management stated to me since maintenance said he didn’t do it that there’s is nothing they can do. Then proceeded to also tell me it was already broken even though I had proof of everything. The property manager did nothing but try to blame me asking me why did I have pictures of my things that morning and why didn’t I put it up and away if it’s so valuable which was crazy to me. Overall in conflicts property manager will look to protect her employees but you can’t blame her though that’s her job. She also stated to me the maintenance man used a vacuum to clean up glass. But also stated he said he didn’t break it so did he clean it up or not do it at all?

I would like to extend a very grateful thank you to Kassandra for being so patient with me and making the process so pleasant. She was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and her responses were immediate. The office staff was also very kind and helpful. They even ordered me a new taller commode that would accommodate my physical impairment! I’m so grateful! Thank you Kassandra for amazing customer service!

I just moved into a 1 bedroom apartment at Remington Park and I am very pleased with how fast I was able to get moved in! The ladies in the office are so nice and helpful! I really like the community and surrounding area! I’m very happy to call this my new home 😊

PLEASE READ BEFORE RENTING (I am using an alias to protect my privacy) * Do not be fooled by the 5-star reviews of this place, as it was a part of a promotion recently (I am unsure how long this promotion went on for, it could’ve been going on for months. Even management says it did not align with their policies so I’m puzzled by how they let this even happen), as seen in one of the recent 1-star review. I have lived at Remington Park Apartments for almost two years, and my biggest complaint is the way management runs this property. The lack of security is unacceptable. During my time here, I am personally aware of 3 BREAK-IN incidents — two of which happened to my roommate and me. Management promised more cameras would be installed, but there was never any follow-through, no updates, and nothing offered to provide peace of mind. Clearly, the very few cameras are not enough. Management, if you’re reading this we would all appreciate an update on what exactly you’re doing to fix these issues and by when. Your responses seem to be the same vague response every time. On top of that, the entrance gate is broken about 80% of the time. The gates are often left wide open, allowing anyone to enter without a code. Once it’s broken, it’s left unfixed for weeks. Yes you can say break-ins are occurring often in the area but I hope it is clear to you all that the gate being broken so often is definitely contributing to the issue. Having it fixed in a timely manner would help give your tenants a peace of mind. It is clear that upper management does not prioritize the safety of residents. Cleanliness is another issue. The hallways are consistently stained, a regularly scheduled power wash would be appreciated. In one of the hallways, I have noticed the body of a dead smushed lizard for at least half a year. After reading other 1-star reviews, I can confirm they are telling the TRUTH. Management’s responses to complaints tend to shift blame and dismiss residents’ concerns instead of showing accountability or taking meaningful action to improve conditions. We are tired of your excuses and your attempt to diminish the credibility of your loyal residents. The location is convenient, but the lack of security, poor cleanliness, and unprofessional management far outweigh that. I would STRONGLY CAUTION anyone considering moving here. Again, if you could publicly list out specific action you are taking to resolve these issues, and provide dates for when these actions would be taken, I believe it would comfort any tenants or prospective residents reading these reviews. We just want to feel safe and cared for in our homes. Thank you.
