I really enjoy living here. Martin, Kassandra, Maria and Sylvia are always very helpful and friendly. I truly appreciate that the staff does their best to make sure that residents follow the rules.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU Mrs. Silvia and Martin YOU BOTH ARE BEYOND FANTASTIC PEOPLE!!THIS IS THE FIRST APARTMENT COMPLEX WHO REALLY CARE about the residents the PROPERTY ITS EXTREMELY CLEAN THE MAINTENANCE IS VERY WELL TRAINED and with a LOT OF ACKNOWLEDGE OF WHAT THEY NEED TO RESOLVE THE WORK orders are done in 1 or 2 days!! The manager and assistant walked every day the property at 7am is why the property is 5⭐️ we moved to a House but we are gonna miss the SECURITY AND ALL THE GREAT AMENITIES THANK YOU AGAIN AND GOD BLESS THIS PROPERTY ALWAYS!!

A very good area to live in and has alot of lovely amenities although I want to say that if you have a popular car with certain rims best be prepared to potentially to lose them. I noticed that in the dark side part of the apartments on the side where the garbage compact is at tends to be the area were thieves go to steal tires. I recommend you rent a garage if you can afford to take of your rims and downgrading to simple ones. If you are in the light you have a better chance of not getting put on bricks. As you know crime does not have a zip code. If a certain person likes something you have and a certain person who is willing to risk it all for a set of tires sees them. They will undoubtedly go for it. Make sure you have your tires turned and other measures just incase. If you decide to live here you must be aware that we are surrounded by abunch of car body/detail,tire , or mechanic shops lol. More than likely there will always be a rotten apple that will try to steal something. As for parking during late nights I would say that sometimes it's hard. There are a lot of people that do not live here at all that have there cars just taking up room so unless you have a garage it s going to be annoying when coming home late. The amenities are awesome 👌 though recently someone or maybe they are just getting in by waiting at the gate a group of teen boys that constantly go to the basketball court and make noise would stay til very late nights. I mean same could be said for other things. Would also like to include that sometimes people would verbally fight over the entrance gate when people take to long to open it. Things they can do to help with the problems people face here would be maybe add more lights in darker areas of this place, have everyone that lives here require a car sticker that can be identified and if you dont have it then can be subjected to tow or ticket when parking, that way it can stop people a bit from taking up all the space. Maybe police coming around more to pass by since they are taken more seriously than security if we are being honest. That being said there are always things to improve not just here but everywhere and anything. God bless you all ❤️
