Wow ! I used to live in these apartments since 2016 & they were great . But i recently moved because the management has changed they let anyone move in, a group of grown men living together in 1 unit up to no good , I didn’t let my kids play outside side anymore. Strange people walking around all times of night, also a crazy man who lives there (won’t say his name or unit #) would stare in my kitchen window and even pulled a gun on my company front office told me I had to handle it on my own .

I talked to the the woman in office and she told me that my daughter can park up front by the office. Guess what they had her towed for the second time. This is ridiculous and now they don't remember. Stay away from this apartment complex. I told them I had a stroke and I beat cancer my children going to come and check on their Mom. Do CARE tow it. Now she telling my daughter she NEVER park over here again. They rude and don't care about the handicapped. Stay away!!

Nice complex, reasonable price, decent location, close to the Medical Center, Pearland, and Downtown. Property maintenance is great, however the pool is NEVER OPEN and it's been at least 3 years. There aren't many amenities, but overall this place is better than most in this area. Front office workers are okay. I've never really had any problems with anyone in there. No major crime, and relatively quiet.

Went over there on a Wednesday morning and waited until 9:00 until it opened and the person in charge didn't show up until 9:15 a.m. on 04/17/2024 and when she did she went inside and locked the door so my Uncle was unable to get in to talk about renting a townhouse...we waited 30 more minutes and my Uncle knocked and she still didn't open the door for him to come inside office...even though it says OPEN AT 9:00 A.M. To no avail we left ...management sucks and the person in charge was a white BMW SUV ( Hispanic Lady )....very unprofessional...she could of at least opened the office and say " Good Morning...I'll be with you in a moment " But no she kept that office closed and it said opens at 9:00 a.m. and we waited until 9:30 a.m. and she didn't open the door. I didn't even want to give this place 1 star but I had to so that I can make a review....so just know that that 1 star review that I gave yall...pretend it's not there...

My mother and I had been living there since 2017, and I just moved out (my mom is still residing there until she finds a new home) but the front office is very unprofessional and rude. We discovered we had mice in our home on a Sunday & we called the “24 hour maintenance” of our apartments and they told us they could not help us until Tuesday! Absolutely insane. I would never recommend no one to move here. The only thing that’s consistent is them picking up the trash. Terrible apartments
