Pros/nice washing area in the home, loved the balcony door. I didn't have issues with roaches. Cons/ PEOPLE HERE STEAL YOUR MAIL AND PACKAGES! You shouldn't have to purchase a mailbox from post office just to receive your mail, like come on why pay rent then! Disrespectful children, litter every where they can! Stray dogs and homeless people, you will wake up to someone on the stairway. FLOODING!!!! these apartments parking lot gets flooded, very stressful not knowing if you will lose your vehicle due to a simple 1 hr of rain!!!! I've reported their drainage system and nothing! VERY DARK IN THE Parking LOT! they put lights up but you got residents here that mess with the lights so it can be VERY dark. GUN SHOTS like crazy, most likely the street behind the apartments. But still very scary to deal with! If I could if went back in time I would have not lived here. But hey some people love the area, I hate it and chose to leave.

1 star in the lowest it would go I actually wanted 0 stars. This place is the absolute worst. I don’t even live here my granddaughter does and it is horrible. She has had nothing but problems since she’s moved in from day one. The apartment she moved in shouldn’t have never been leased it’s awful. The office doesn’t communicate the maintenance is no help and they need to renovate all the apartments. All I see is mold, roaches and other insects repeatedly. I will be reporting this to the proper authorities to see what can be done. They take your money for rent but won’t fix nothing like they’re supposed too. It’s really sad. They need to let everyone wanting to go out their lease because this is not right for hardworking families to have to go through this. The company is just money hungry. Maybe if they bring in a new team in the office and on the grounds the tenants will see a difference.

Very inconsistent with viewings. I'm not applying for an apartment I can't see. People's lives have a deadline and I was told Monday of one week, Tuesday the next week, now Friday the 30th. It feels like they don't want me there and I just need a place to live. My lease ends on the 31st! How in the world will I get approved to move in by then? It's madness. I have been calling for almost a month. If youre moving, make sure you call them 3 months before your lease ends, they don't seem to really care.
