I’ve genuinely enjoyed living here. One thing that has really stood out to me is how helpful and attentive the leasing office has been, especially Alana. She’s always been professional, friendly, and willing to help whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. It’s clear that she truly cares about the residents and goes the extra mile to make sure things are taken care of. The community is well-kept, maintenance is responsive, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming. Living here has been a positive experience, and having someone like Alana in the office makes a big difference. I appreciate all the hard work from the staff and would definitely recommend this apartment community to others looking for a place to call home.

I just got a new apartment at Prose Hardy Yards and Rue is the person to go to! He is always available to answer any questions and he is super friendly and welcoming, he made the process go smoothly!! If you are looking at Prose, please go to Rue! Best decision ever 🤍

We had such a great experience working with Rue throughout the leasing process! From the very beginning, he made everything so easy and stress free. Anytime we had questions, he was always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and made sure we had all the information we needed. Rue went above and beyond to help us every step of the way, and his professionalism and kindness really stood out. Moving can be overwhelming, but he made the entire process smooth and seamless.:) We’re so thankful for all of his help and support, and we’re beyond excited to be living here! We truly appreciate everything Rue did to make this experience such a positive one. Highly recommend working with him!

Really enjoy living at this apartment complex! Love how they host events and do things for the community. Rue was extremely helpful during the whole process, and even broke down all the financial details to help me better understand. Not only that but Rue has, also helped out when I’m running late and have food delivered to my place he will bring it in for me to keep it safe :)
