Moved in a few weeks ago walked out my door and boom a homeless man sleeping in front of my building under the carport. Office said they would take care of it and boom now it’s 4 more people sleeping with him on the fence by the carport. Guess making him move 4 feet solved the problem 🙄. Pay attention to the surroundings before you move here.

I love nida she’s very understanding and will work with you trust me you just gotta build that bond with her they are good people overly. Maybe a little slow at times but good people at least nida lol love her lots she gets the job done

You know, we’ve lived at this apartment complex for almost 3 years and it’s the worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment complex ever. The gates are always broke, no security (and we’ve been almost broke into twice). They don’t repair things quick at all. Been waiting for a few things to be fixed and replaced and we’re still waiting 3,4,5 months still. We have various issues that aren’t being resolved and it’s tiring to come home from work daily and have to worry about the issues in your apartment too. The cold showers are a constant thing here every month because the boiler has issues all the time and you don’t have hot water on a regular basis. I do have one good thing to say and that is we had some really good neighbors. They were really the only thing keeping us here for as long as we could handle it. Special thanks to a few of the office assistances that worked and tried to make a difference to, not sure if it’s management or owners causing the issues of the lack of repairs and security, but this apartment complex needs big time improvement. The apartments are way over priced for what you get, I’ve found better apartment complexes with less hassle on repairs and safer(meaning, they have security patrolling the complex). We’re just looking forward to finally moving out of this complex.
