Silvia and the team at Portico Kirby have been excellent to work with. From day one, Silvia has been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. She stays on top of everything and communicates clearly, which makes a big difference when you need things handled quickly and efficiently. The property itself is well-maintained, and you can tell management takes pride in keeping the community in great condition. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were addressed promptly, and Silvia always made sure I felt taken care of. Overall, it’s been a smooth and positive experience.
