Craig was very helpful every time I had an issue with the move-in process. He is professional and always follows through. I moved in a few days ago, but applied at the end of July. He answered all my questions with complete satisfaction, I could not ask for more. He knows the property and his job and works well in stressful situations. He stayed late one day and missed his lunch the day I signed my lease. The apartment is a gem. The rooms are large and airy, it was clean, and exactly what I wanted. It is quiet here with friendly neighbors. The closet space is small, but there is plenty of cabinet space in the bathroom and kitchen. Again, thank you Craig for your professionalism and time you took answering all my questions on move-in day!

We had such a wonderful experience working with Nicole and Craig. From the very beginning, they were very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely attentive. They took the time to listen to my dad’s needs, answer all of our questions, and walked us through every step of the leasing process. What stood out the most was their genuine care and commitment to making sure we felt comfortable and confident in our decision. I truly appreciate all of their hard work and highly recommend Craig to anyone looking for a leasing agent who is not only skilled but also kind and trustworthy, hardworking he’s awesome. The Property Manager Nicole nothing short of amazing!

My name is Adolph Davis apt.#314. The new owner's management team starting with the property manager Nycole, assistance manager Devoshia and Craig are doing an excellent job. They address and fix all the problems we have no matter how severe, quickly. They are courteous, kind and listens to our concerns. It has gotten 100% better than the previous owners. Stanley the head maintenance manager has done an excellent job with my maintenance issues, he has done professional work in my apartment, he cares and he's concerned and he also listens. The yard is always trimmed and cut. The lady that cleans the hallways does a great job and she's very nice. With this new management 6 Stars. ☆☆☆☆☆☆

I moved in May, I am very happy with my new home. Stanley Willis has been the most helpful, when my refrigerator wasn’t working, he replaced it the very next day. He has come to my home at least three times, and each time he is very pleasant. I’m very thankful to know that he is my maintenance on staff, he’s worthy of 10 stars

Rude and unprofessional. Shannon disrespected my family. It was not deserved. Office is open 9-11 and 2-4. My family came after 2. Which is office hours. Lunch should be eaten before or after office hours. Not during. It was wrongful dismissal. Not an office rule or hour in site nor is the “property damaged” here that was claimed. And the office wasn’t closed to the other couple served RIGHT after my family was closed out and yelled at. 🤷🏽♀️This picture was taken today after the incident. The word “Customer” is also very telling of how the priority of situations is handled. Mind you, an employee asked my aunt to come down to the office with “certain paperwork” for her residence. She deserves an apology.
