Out of all the apartments I’ve lived in, I can honestly say Cortland Luxe at Shadow Creek has been my best experience by far. After a year and a half here, the community has consistently been safe, clean, and genuinely pet-friendly with an indoor dog wash room, dog clean-up stations, and easy walking access to parks and nature trails. As for the staff, I HIGHLY recommend asking for Leanne or Shun if you schedule a tour. Not only are they the sweetest and most upbeat gals, but they know the in’s and outs of the whole apartment as well as all the cool events we have (kickboxing classes, Cracker Barrel brunches, Taco nights, pool parties, etc!) You can’t help but feel connected here. Overall, I would absolutely recommend living at Cortland Luxe, and I’m extremely happy to call this place home! 😊

Actually the best place to live. Extremely smooth move in process, ALL staff is so kind, neighbors are very friendly, and I really have no complaints. Amenities are insane & it’s so clean down to the grass lol. Everything is so beautiful. 11/10. Thank you to all the staff who are so kind & helpful; it really makes a difference.

This is an amazing place to call home.The office staff is Awesome. Shun Ford was fantastic in helping me find the right apartment just for me. She was very Knowledgeable and patient with me throughout the whole process. I rate the whole staff 10/10.
