As a tenant who has lived here for over a year, I've noticed a lot of positive changes recently. The new management team has done a great job bringing the positive energy and improvements to the community. You can really see the care and attention being put into the property, and it shows in the overall resident experience. The elevators are working great, the community looks well maintained and communication has been excellent, it's clear that management is committed to making this a wonderful place to live. I appreciate all the hard work being done and look forward to seeing the continued improvements. Thank you to the entire team for everything you do!

The maintenance staff do such a wonderful job. I always get a quick response and they are friendly. I have lived here for 6 years and one of the main reasons is the price,location and the very professional maintenance management. They are amazing!

After living at Pearl Greenway for two years, I want to share my experience because unfortunately, what was once an excellent place to live is no longer the same. When I moved in, a friend recommended it to me because of the location and because it was truly worth it. During my first year, the experience was very good: the hallways were clean, maintenance responded quickly, and the building felt safe and well maintained. However, in recent months, especially since the change in management, everything has gotten much worse. Now it is common to see dirty hallways, areas where the flooring was changed and left unfinished, trash rooms overflowing with a very bad smell, and hallways near the dog park that smell like urine and feces. Also, many times the building doors are left open, the elevators are often out of service, and maintenance takes longer than normal to respond. Overall, I feel that since the management changed, this building has lost a big part of the quality it used to have. My first year here was excellent, but today, for the price being paid, I no longer feel it is worth it. For that reason, I do not plan to renew my lease this year.
