Parkside Residences

Very disappointing experience. We came in expecting a tour of a few different floor plans based on what we were told, but we didn’t even get to properly view the property. The only unit available to show wasn’t actually available and was emphasized that it pretty much never would be. Despite being told we’d see different floor plan options. Most concerning was how unwelcoming and dismissive the staff felt from start to finish, very nasty. It was made clear we were not wanted as residents. For a community that presents itself as luxury, the service and professionalism did not reflect that at all. I would not recommend. I’ve gotten better customer service at Popeyes.

Chris is an outstanding concierge! He’s always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful with anything I need, from packages to questions to simply making everyday life smoother. The apartments themselves are also beautiful and very well maintained, which makes living here even more enjoyable. But honestly, Chris is the reason I would renew my contract. His consistency, kindness, and dedication make a real difference. The building is lucky to have him!

Working with Antoine has been a great experience! He was professional, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout the entire leasing process. The apartment itself is beautiful—luxurious, high-end, in a great location, and the huge windows add so much natural light. Leslie has also been wonderful to work with, always friendly and willing to help with anything I needed. Both Antoine and Leslie made the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for exceptional service and a stunning place to call home.🩷

I just moved in. Antoine gave me a tour of the apartments and helped me through the leasing process. He was very professional and made everything quick and smooth. The staff is also very friendly; Chris, the concierge, is always greeting me and ready to help and the Valet parking staff also very effective and polite

I just moved in and I have to say Parkside is incredible! Austin is a friendly, knowledgeable tour guide who spent over an hour with me on the tour, and he also led my leasing/move-in process. He’s awesome along with the rest of the team. The amenities are top notch, including a pool on the 43rd deck! I am so excited to be living here!
