We've reported a leaky ceiling for months now and they said they have fixed it and yet every time it rains our ceiling leaks again. Terrible management and maintenance and they know who we are and have heard our complaints and still have done nothing about it. There is also toxic black mold growing in the roofs and the walls and spreading all throughout the apartments because of the leaks that could leave people with negative health affects down the line from breathing in the toxic black mold. Parkgreen is liable for these negative health affects and if you've lived here and you believe your health was negatively affected then I recommend talking to a lawyer and learn your tenant rights. The place stinks of weed half the time because of the neighbors smoke inside and goes through the ventilation system. This is no place to live or raise a family. I recommend you steer clear from living here.

Terrible apartments, roaches everywhere, we reported a leaky roof that they promised to fix for months and they truly never fixed it. There's mold all over the place. Do not bring your family here, this is not a healthy environment.

What I like most about living here is the sense of home you'll have because you're supported and acknowledged by the workers on the property and management. This is my first apartment and I've was very scared about the process. Ms. Argueta and the newer leasing agent are understanding and patient when they explain what it takes to move in, what they expect from tenants, or anything really. Just ask and they respond. even if you don't AGREE, you'll understand. I have a lot of respect for my neighbors and Parkgreen and feel it is shared. If they continue to make renovations and monitor the residents, you'll appreciate the efforts the company is making to improve the living experience for residents. New renovations and the basic amenities covered. They aren't advertised as a luxury apt, but it will it feel like luxury if you can appreciate what you have because I have really grown to like it~ Biggest Pros: Value!! Spacious apartments!! Good maintenance+ responsiveness to your problems!! Try and move in a renovated one. Flexible + Patient Leasing agents, helpful Team working at the property Cons: Visitor parking is a bit awkward, hopefully we can get a fence someday to increase the feeling of safety for our cars because of the neighborhood.

The prices went up like way up and all they did was that they added grass and a paint job. They charge you for a parking permit but if you want to reserve it you have to pay extra. They took the gates off so now anyone can just come right in and jack our cars. Also there is all kind of illegal activity going on. With new owners I thought the place would get better but sucks just as much. I would not recommend this place at all especially if you have children.
