They have a tow truck that lifts cars that are registered in the system, and not only that, they move cars and bump them to make space. When you go, you pay for the car for which they give you an agreed-upon discount, which is actually $0, as you can see on the receipt: $0 discount. After speaking with the office, all they say is to talk to those who aren't responsible (the repossession). The company they use is called STAR LANE AUTO STORAGE, and besides lying to you about the discount, they charge you for two days' storage even if you pick up your car the next morning.
