Park Pointe Apartments

So now it’s been freezing for last day or two no heat and they probably don’t care the office tells you anything just to shut you up my kids are freezing and if you complain or say something your the problem and utility bill gets Higer by the month please if you have a choice try and look around for a different apartment complex especially if you have children

Ms.selma is very good at her job, I have renewed my lease for a another year.

I love the customer service. Selma is always kind and willing to help. Work orders are always taken care in a timely matter. I just renewed my contract with Park points apts.

This is a roach and rodent infested place. The trash is always overflowing on the ground, which draws the mice and flies. There are only three dumpster on each side of the complex, 6 in total, and they fill up quickly. Then the trash is all over the place it looks horrible. [See photos below. Recent photos added that was taken at different times.] Please notice the infestation of flies on the white basket and the orange soda box. It is so embarrassing to have guests over. These apartments are filthy. If you're looking for a little peace and quiet, this is not the place. The neighbors are disrespectful. I live downstairs, and all day and night, children are running across the floor, things are being drugged across the floor, and they even beat drums loudly. Another neighbor plays music extremely loud. I can't even hear my own TV. Calling the office is the worst. They never answer the phone. There is this annoying recorded message that loops and repeats. HORRIBLE FOR A PLACE OF BUSINESS!!! Please don't bother leaving a message, you will NEVER get a call back. I literally have to walk over to the office to talk to management. It is time for the City of Houston to inspect this property and then condemn this property. It is dirty and nasty! The mice and roaches are out of control. You can hear mice squeaking all over the apartment. This is totally unnerving! Mice and roaches poop are inside the kitchen cabinet. Roach legs are also inside the kitchen cabinet. [See photos below]. I had to throw out all my drinking glasses. Mice poop was all over the kitchen cabinet and stove, I put on my gloves and cleaned them with bleach. I also leave bleach on the cabinets when I leave home. This seems to keep them away for a while. I don't even cook in my own kitchen anymore. When I reported it, management added me to a list for pest control, but they only come on Tuesdays. They spend less than 5 minutes in your apt spraying one or two squirts of something, in a few places. They say they're putting out some mouse traps, then they're gone, but the roaches and mice are still here. This apartment is a dump. The management has all of the these rules and restrictions they are implementing on the residents, but they are fine with this trash being unruly causing, rodents and flies to be out of control. That doesn't make sense. I wish the management truly cared about the residents and cleaned this property up. We are more than just a money💰. It is totally unfair that we have to live in such deplorable conditions. I'VE HAD ENOUGH!!!! Please, please, please don't move here! Run from this place, there's a reason why the price is so cheap, DON'T BE FOOLED!!!! It is a trick and trap. You will regret it!!!! They offer 6 month leases at a much higher rate. They only offer 12 or 13 month leases at a lower rate. Don't do it!!!! I am begging you DO NOT MOVE IN THIS DUMP!!!!! When my lease is up, I am OUT!!!!

The washing machines never ever work and it doesn’t refund your money 🤦‍♀️. I’ve wasted so much money every time I try to wash clothes. This has been an ongoing problem for years.
