This lady with braids in the that’s helping out is rude I ask her directions to get to apartment for delivery I did say excuse she was taking a call instead of her putting them on hold to ask she holler at me saying she do not she do not stop from asking the other lady I grabbed a flyer also that was completely unprofessional and she need to learn how multitask take her back were she come from

Initially I thought wow these are a hidden gem! This is my update since moving in February. The fire alarms go off for sometimes hours at a time. Who knows why. Claim to be fixing them over the last few months. There is always someone having a party here. I had my cousins dog who sometimes spends the weekend banned due to a neighbor lying and saying this 10pound Maltese lunged and attempted to attack her. She however failed to mention that she attempted to KICK said dog before spewing curse words at my cousin. So they banned the animal from the property and stated that we have a strict non visitation policy for outside animals. I haven’t had a functioning microwave since I moved in. The request has been open for months. My neighbor got a new fridge but mine was dinged to hell and they said nothing abt it upon move in even when i complained. My washer was never properly cleaned and sometimes didn’t perform properly. Leading to me needing to rewash often. My front door doesn’t fully close so even when locked if any neighbor is leaving my door will sound as if it is opening as well. Startling my dog. None of the TVs work in the gym, a lot of the machinery doesn’t work because there isn’t an active connection to use them so they’re just decoration. No one here picks up poop, even if by chance they remember to refill the poop bag stations. Funny how they ran the cameras back to confirm my cousins tiny dog was unleashed but couldn’t review the camera footage when my items were stolen during my move in. All in all u don’t really get what u pay for here, the apartment is small. You can see that there are visible cracks in the wall they just slapped some paint over. My ceiling leaks sometimes when it rains hard but they just come paint over it. The gate is often broken meaning that everyone has to use the entry gate for exit as well which can be scary because some people are ignorant and impolite. The front office is very passive aggressive so just keep that in mind. #nicenasty Also you aren’t allowed to dog sit here even if the dogs live in the community. They aren’t allowed in your unit if not on lease. All in all. I won’t be renewing my lease here.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this apartment is definitely worth the hype! My move-in process was incredibly smooth, and the communication from the team has been top-notch from day one. They respond so quickly to any questions I have. Maintenance is also impressive—they get fixes done incredibly fast and truly go above and beyond. A huge thank you to Shelvie, Vanayda, Beverly, and Devante for making me feel so welcome and taken care of. If you’re looking for a place where the staff actually cares, this is it!
