Cecilia was incredibly helpful throughout the entire application process and made my move-in experience smooth and stress-free. She was responsive, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions, which I truly appreciated. I’ve been living here for about two months now and absolutely love the community, it’s welcoming, well-maintained, and feels like home. So happy with my decision to move here!

Huge shoutout to Jessie and Jada — they truly go above and beyond! If I could give 200/100, I would. They made my apartment search, move-in, and settling-in process so smooth and pleasant. I toured one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and townhome options (three separate visits!), and each time they were incredibly patient, professional, and thorough. I never felt rushed, and they took the time to answer all my questions in detail. I even asked them to take videos of the units and the surrounding areas, and they responded quickly every time. We exchanged nearly 50 emails back and forth, and they addressed every concern promptly and kindly. I’m truly grateful for their support. The community itself is wonderful — especially the beautiful trails nearby. It’s peaceful, quiet, and a great place to live. Highly recommend!

Jada made us feel welcome from the moment we first met. She was professional, knowledgeable, and patient while answering all of our questions. She found us the perfect home for our family, and the community here is wonderful. The entire process was smooth, and we truly appreciated her excellent customer service.

Very happy with our experience. The leasing process was organized, straightforward and efficient. Our leasing consultant Jada did a great job explaining details and answering our questions. Since our move-in we have had several routine service issues and all were resolved very quickly.

We toured the place with Jada Johnson today and she was absolutely amazing! She was super knowledgeable, extremely easy to talk to and friendly! We have toured many apartments but our experience with Jada was so incredible, it entices us to want to rent with Olympus just because of her.
