I am extremely disappointed with the maintenance response at this apartment community. I submitted a service request on February 21 because my washing machine stopped draining water. My clothes have been sitting in stagnant water inside the drum for days, causing a strong odor and potential permanent damage. After receiving no response, I personally visited the leasing office to escalate the issue. I was informed that this is “not an emergency” and that it would take 24–48 hours to resolve. However, even after that timeframe passed, no one came to fix the problem. A non-functioning washing machine filled with water is not a minor inconvenience — it directly affects daily living and personal property. The lack of urgency, follow-up, and accountability from management is very concerning. I understand that maintenance teams may be busy, but basic communication and timely service should be a priority for residents who are paying rent. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their response time and resident support.

Hands down the best property manager ever. Jakelin is organized, approachable, and always ready to help. She works hard to make sure residents are comfortable and happy. Absolutely amazing!

Uriel is so reliable — every time something needs fixing, he’s there the same day. The community is quiet, the amenities are top-notch, and the staff truly care. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

I’m at a loss for words. I strongly advise against renting this property. I lived there for almost two years, and my experience was nothing short of disastrous. First and foremost, the parking situation was a constant nightmare. Residents and guests alike were constantly facing the inconvenience of having their cars towed. It was a frustrating issue that never seemed to be addressed. But the real nightmare began when my car was vandalized. It was one of many cars that were targeted, and it was a stark reminder of the lack of security in the property. The cockroaches were the worst problem of all. I complained to the administration over six times, but the issue never seemed to be resolved. The cockroaches were everywhere, and they were a constant source of disgust. The pool on the reserve side was also a major issue. It was closed for most of the year, and when it was open, it was only open for a few months at a time. This was especially frustrating because I needed to use the pool for exercise. On top of all these problems, I also experienced a break-in in my apartment. My neighbors’ security camera captured the incident, and it was just 10 minutes after I had come home. To add insult to injury, after I left the property, I was charged to replace the carpet in my apartment. There were no stains on the carpet, just normal wear and tear from the seams. It wasn’t even new when I moved in two years ago. Overall, my experience in this property was terrible, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

On June 30th, our unit sustained significant water damage due to a burst pipe in the apartment above us. The flooding affected our kitchen, hallway, ceilings, electrical outlets, and floor coverings. We immediately reported the issue and have since sent three formal emails over the past 22 days—all of which have gone completely unanswered. We are a family with a young child and currently living in unsafe and uncomfortable conditions. The kitchen and hall remain unusable, and the carpet padding was removed by the repair team, making it difficult and painful to walk in certain areas of the home. To make matters worse, we're running multiple fans continuously, which will result in higher electricity bills. Despite our repeated and reasonable requests, there has been no communication from management, no timeline for repairs, no temporary housing offered, and no discussion of rent adjustment or compensation. This lack of basic professionalism and tenant care is unacceptable. If you’re considering moving here, please know that responsiveness, accountability, and tenant well-being do not appear to be a priority for this management team.
