I visited Oasis at Piney Point Apartments, and the young man who assisted us, John Allen, was very kind. He took the time to explain everything, and despite the weather, he showed us the available apartments. I must highlight the quality of service and how well-maintained the place looked.

I would encourage anyone considering living here to pay close attention to how management handles move-out disputes before signing a lease. My experience after moving out has been extremely disappointing. When I questioned several charges on my final statement and requested documentation to support them, I was met with dismissive responses rather than a genuine effort to review my concerns. John repeatedly stated that the charges would remain but failed to directly answer specific questions or provide clear supporting documentation when requested. Instead of engaging in a professional, solution-oriented conversation, it felt as though any challenge to the charges was immediately shut down. No resident should feel like they have to escalate matters simply to receive explanations for disputed charges. Transparency, customer service, and professionalism should continue even after a resident moves out. I strongly recommend that future residents thoroughly document the condition of their apartment at move-in and move-out, keep copies of all lease documents, take extensive photos and videos, and carefully review any final account statements they receive. While every property will have move-out charges from time to time, the true measure of a management company is how it handles disputes and communicates with former residents. Based on my experience, there is significant room for improvement in responsiveness, professionalism, and accountability.

I really enjoyed myself on yesterday as I toured the property the leasing agent Kammi help he were very professional and he answered all questions and we laughed alot durning the time I were there I love ❤️ the toured it fun and exciting Im looking forward to making that new home there
