The pool here is always super clean and well taken care of, which makes it such a nice place to relax. The staff here is also amazing -Angela, Fabi, and Maria are always so friendly and helpful. They really make the community feel welcoming!

BELIEVE WHAT YOU READ ! i dealt with roaches mold and two roof leaks. All that on top of poor management. GLAD TO BE AWAY! if your moving from out of state and just trying to see if houston is for you go for it. but if your looking for long term living I don’t recommend. especially with kids being that theirs no play area and dog crap everywhere!

I love living in this community I love the neighborhood, the neighbors and I love the office manager Ms. Courtney she is amazingly awesome. Since she has arrived she has touched so many lives Ms. Courtney sees people hearts and there sacrifice and she has so much compassion for others it's unmatched. Ms. Courtney wasn't just our apartment manager she was our friend, our partner, our counselor, our voice, our family ❤️. Since I have lived here (6years) we have been blessed with 2 awesome office management ❤️ 💙 Ms.Shundrae, and Ms. Courtney why would you want to be anywhere else ❤️

I am very happy with the choice to move here, This is a great apartment complex. Courtney and Jennifer in the office have been very welcoming and always accommodating. Also my apartment is very nice and spacious. And It's very quiet and peaceful. If your looking for a new home in the area I would definitely check out Nubia Square.

Our apartment is a 2/1. It's very spacious. It was very clean when we moved in. The leasing processing was easy and quick because everything can be done online. Unique, in the management office, is great! She so nice and helpful. She streamlined the process of moving in. I really recommend Nubia apartments. Ask for Unique!
