Whoever is picking up the phone is super rude and disrespectful. She needs to retrain for customer service and how to kindly navigate people to the correct information. For a place called Hope she should be the aspect of that. I am shocked.

I was getting information and I went to ask the lady another question and I got hung up on but it's not going to drag me away to try to get an apartment there

While I have had positive interactions with the office staff, front desk clerks, caseworkers, and Officer Williams—who have all been helpful, attentive, and professional—I do have concerns regarding some aspects of the living environment. There are a few residents who are consistently loud, often until 1:00 a.m. This can be disruptive, especially when the noise causes vibrations in my room. When I kindly request they lower their volume, the response is often rude and dismissive. Additionally, there have been incidents of package theft, where individuals, whom I've previously helped, have taken items from my doorstep, despite the presence of a camera. The general cleanliness in the building is also a concern, as there is frequent litter in the hallways and on the stairs. Unfortunately, this has led to issues with pests, such as roaches, which I believe are linked to the lack of cleanliness in some areas. I want to stress that these issues are not reflective of the staff, who have been nothing but supportive and respectful. I appreciate their assistance and the care they provide to residents.

I have been assaulted here 5 times 3 documented I have seen an assault on someone else I have had 2 agencies that are supposed to be an advocate for me. I have begged to be moved to a shelter I am fixing to be evicted . After the assault on January 1,2025 my glasses were broken I have cataracts that have kept me unable to read. I had court on Jan82025 I've already have a diagnosis for severe anxiety. I asked my advocate for help for court to no avail. I didn't make it so in the next few days I may be homeless. Without my day in court. I have made complaints the right person hasn't heard or really helped People have no reason to put their hands on another human being. The last assault happened on January 17,2025

First off the people in general are very loud and always caught into things that is not ideal for coming off the streets and a new beginnings. The front desk is always in someone business or gossiping about another resident or making up complete lies about someone than call the police off a accusation that a resident has made which personally I never cared for this place the minute I entered it daytime staff is really great 😃 they never disrespected me or made me and my daughter feel unsettled but the other two shifts they really need a reality check and better staffing you can complain about that front desk all you want they will completely ignore you and act as if you did something then majority of them does inappropriate things and says things and accompanies threats so if not visiting I wouldn't advise this place that just it for single men and women and not for families.
