Naranja Apartments

Been living here for about 7 months everything is nice and clean. Kasey from the office is very helpful and professional.

I’ve been here almost a year and I must say I love this complex and gate I’m leaving for another state. The manager Danny is the best, he’ll help you in any situation and with professionalism and gratitude. If I ever move back to Miami I’ll definitely move back here.

I lived at The Avenue at Naranja for one year, and for the most part, my experience was positive. The previous property manager was professional, and the community was generally quiet. Unfortunately, the situation changed during the final days of my lease. On the last day of our lease, we returned to our unit to clean and retrieve the last of our belongings, only to find that the apartment had been entered without our knowledge, citing a plumbing emergency. Personal items were missing and had been moved, food was thrown away, and some items were later discovered hidden in a hole above the kitchen cabinets. When we questioned the staff, we received conflicting explanations: one employee claimed the entire maintenance team had entered the unit the night before, while another denied anyone had entered until that morning. We raised our concerns with management and submitted a written report, including photos. However, no one followed up. When I later contacted upper management, I was told they stand by their staff and do not believe our account, stating that we had "no evidence" and that it was simply our word against theirs. Additionally, we were sent a $700 bill for fees within the lease (read it very carefully!), after keeping our security deposit. I am sharing this experience to caution future residents. If you choose to live here, be aware that unresolved maintenance access issues, lack of accountability, poor communication, and even blatant theft may arise—especially at the end of your lease. I regret not filing a police report at the time and encourage others to document everything and escalate concerns immediately if something similar occurs.

After hours of apartment hunting, I landed at The Avenue at Naranja around 430pm. From the entrance I felt like it was home. The friendly security guard led me to the leasing office in hopes that I can view a 2/2 before end of day. As soon as I walked into the office I was greeted by Adolfo. The office was clean, refreshing and had a welcoming vibe. To my surprise, Adolfo agreed to show me a 2/2 model apartment even though the office was closing shortly. The apartment was big in size, had a new look, and felt cozy. This was a pleasant viewing and I even loved the pool area where multiple families were having fun and enjoying the atmosphere. I will be putting in my application Saturday and praying to be approved!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience living in this apartment! From the moment I moved in, everything exceeded my expectations. The unit is spacious, modern, and filled with natural light. I will be renewing my lease!! I have absolutely loved living at The Avenue Naranja. I love all the amenities. I absolutely love the front desk employees—they truly make the building feel like home. Every time I walk through the doors, I'm greeted with warm smiles and genuine kindness. They’re not only professional and efficient, but also incredibly personable, always remembering residents by name and going out of their way to help with packages, maintenance requests, or just a friendly chat. Their positive energy sets the tone for the whole building, and I feel lucky to have such an amazing team at the front desk.
