Matt and Deissy are a big part of this community. They do such a great job running the place. I don't know how they manage to keep everyone so happy.

My wife and I have been residents of this condo building for a few years now, and our experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The management team here is top-notch, always attentive and efficient, ensuring that everything within the community runs smoothly. This level of care fosters a wonderful community spirit among our neighbors, adding to the overall charm of living here. One of the highlights of our condo is its state-of-the-art facilities, which are meticulously maintained. The building boasts a full wellness floor complete with locker rooms, a steam sauna, and hydro massage to unwind after a long day. For fitness enthusiasts like us, the gym on the 6th floor is a blessing, equipped with all the essentials for a comprehensive workout. But it doesn't stop there—the 7th floor features a resort-style pool, complete with a spacious lounge room that offers breathtaking views overlooking Hermann Park. Speaking of views, the units themselves are designed to maximize the picturesque surroundings, with management doing an incredible job keeping everything in pristine condition. The condo's proximity to Hermann Park is the cherry on top, making it an ideal location for those who love spending time outdoors. Whether it's for leisurely strolls, morning jogs, or simply enjoying nature, the park's accessibility is a luxury we've come to cherish. In conclusion, living here has been a wonderful experience, thanks to the great management, vibrant community, and unparalleled amenities. We couldn't have asked for a better place to call home.

I moved to this place a year and a half ago. Absolutely love it! It is in a great location- Within the Museum District and right by the Medical Center. You end up a short 5 minute bicycle ride to the Natural Science or Fine Arts Museums, or an equally long car ride to the Med Center. The building is directly across the street from Hermann Park’s golf course too! One of the other aspects that I appreciate is the diversity of residents. There are folks from all over the World residing here. Many are medical professionals that bought here due to proximity to their workplace. Others might be med students or visitors, and there are some retired folks too. Lots of folks with dogs, which brings me to the point that The Mosaic also has a dog park within the property, unlike the great majority of condos I looked at closer to downtown.

Living in a high-rise is a completely different lifestyle from what I’m used to, but I have come to love it. Everyone is so kind - from the concierge‘s & office staff, maintenance, loading dock, housekeeping, security, and residents I have met. Not only am I surrounded by beautiful people, the amenities are incredible as well. I’m happy to call this my new home.
