I just want to say how AMAZING Tanya is and how patient and kind she was during the whole process. I have never interacted with such a kind staff member at apartment complex before and she made this experience so enjoyable and had the process completed in such an efficient and timely manner. I did not have all of my things together at once, but she sat there and waited until i came with all of my stuff. i got to take a tour and be approved within an hour and a half and i have never experienced that before. 10/10 experience and I would recommend this apartment to ANYONE because of Tanya:).

Denise is awesome. I came by just to get information about different floor plans and pricing and She was very informative and friendly. I decided to go in different direction with a place, but she took her time, explain everything to me and she made my day. Thank you Denise for having a gorgeous smile and attitude towards me. I can’t say enough great things about Denise at Morningside Green. From the moment I first visited, she made me feel welcome and taken care of. Denise is incredibly professional, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to help with any questions or concerns. She truly cares about the residents and keeps everything running smoothly. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and personable

I just toured Morningside Green this morning and I must say, I am extremely impressed! I was toured by Denise and she was so professional, kind, and personable. She made me feel like this could be my forever home. I would definitely recommend coming these apartments, just based on the amazing customer service I received. Come check them out, you won’t be disappointed.
