Omg I just loved Taryn the manager. She was so informative during the tour. I look forward to being a resident just because of her. Most managers that I have come across during my search are rude and don’t want to be bothered but not her was literally the best.

I normally don’t leave or update reviews, but future renters deserve to know what they may be dealing with. I had been living at this property less than six months when my apartment was damaged by a leak from the unit above mine in early October. As of February, repairs have taken over four months to complete, with multiple missed completion dates and constantly shifting timelines. During this time, my unit was partially unusable, including having no functional kitchen, which forced me to rely on eating out. Management repeatedly provided inaccurate repair timelines, later admitting that the timelines they shared were incorrect. Communication was extremely poor — emails and messages often went unanswered unless I escalated the issue. Due to the lack of progress and communication, I was forced to involve the Houston Apartment Association (HAA) just to receive updates and get movement on the situation. In writing, management stated they were “actively working on rent concessions, fee adjustments, and care packages” due to the hardship caused. Despite multiple follow-ups over the months, no clear resolution or follow-through ever occurred, and communication faded as repairs continued to drag on. The primary solution offered throughout was to move units, rather than properly restore my apartment in a reasonable timeframe or address the disruption caused. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially so early into my lease. Prospective residents should seriously consider how prolonged maintenance issues are handled here.

Thank you Mykia, Ashlea & Karen for being there to help facilitate the process and move in! A special shout to Karen for providing expeditious customer service. Maintenance team are exceptional & fast as well. I love the fact that there's an Amazon locker here. The building layout is weird but I'm learning & still trying to understand which stairs lead to the resident parking garage 😅
