Marquis on Pin Oak

I’ve been living here since 1.5 years and this is the best place ever. The management takes lot of genuine effort in keeping the property clean. Their commitment to keep residents informed is commendable. They always make sure we are comfortable. The service team is very good and super prompt to resolve our issues. The place has an awesome vibe. I appreciate the management for providing a good experience to the residents here.

Thank you Marquis team for organizing pizza day for the residents... We really enjoyed making our own pizza. Kids really enjoyed on baking pizza. Not only this.. we had fall festival on October... It was really so much fun for the residents.. there were many activities for kids and grown ups to play with Mexican special dinner... We all had pumpkin carving and painting.. it is really great living here in Marquis on pin oak park...

I’ve lived here for about 5+ years, Apartment 103. Loved the; high ceilings, fireplace, tub (when it can keep water) and hot tub. Before they removed it because it was to inconvenient. What I STRONGLY dislike is the power, always going out, they are always shutting off the water 2 times out of the month, they barge into your home whenever you have a late bill trying to give you a eviction notice. Last if you choose to live at 0103, there is a constant rodent infestation because you are near the trash containers as well as side of a wild reservoir. I have made multiple requests and complaints about the scratching and movement in the attic/roof but the property manager said to just “deal with it..” Security guards don’t walk property so windows are getting broken in and wheels are constantly getting stolen. 2/2/2026 10:58pm While I have no water to flush the toilet; and the fire trucks and fire alarms are BLAIRING.

We lived at this property for about 2 years and that was a wonderful experience! I would like to say thank you to Jourdan, who made our living there so special. We had no problems at all - every maintenance ticket was fulfilled in the same day, property was well maintained overall. I would definitely recommend this place!

I have been living here for almost half a year, and so far, everything has been great! The staff at the leasing office are nice and friendly, and the maintenance service is efficient. I love my new home here!
