Pretty poor treatment for an excited potential applicant. Excellent income, No Criminal History, No Evictions. Excited to potentially live here. Rent Grow - Auto denial due to a bankruptcy. Leonard was pretty snotty in his email responses. Would recommend you look elsewhere. Rude staff Save me your templated reply back to my review. I will challenge the $450 application fee. Thank you

I have lived here for a month now and the five-star rating is not enough justice for this incredible place. The awesome amenities and the entire atmosphere of MST is so extraordinary and inviting, it's a wonderful place to call home. Victor made the move in experience so smooth, and you will definitely feel welcomed starting with Victor and the rest of the management team along with the outstanding concierge group.
