As a contractor working in one of the condos, have a very bad experience recently, very rude treatment from the maintenance guy I guess, he doesn’t help at all when I ask to open the entry to the parking garage to the main building, keep me locked there unnecessary time. Then he assumes ignorance blame me for not have a code key thing. Anyway bad experience as a contractor. Rude

Front desk lady is very rude to visitors. We told her what we were there for and she proceeded to look at us and talk to us like we were stupid then laughed. She also likes to take personal calls while at work, very unprofessional.
