Troy has been an amazing help to us. Even though we'd had an ongoing problem with our stove that hadn't been resolved he came in and was able to solve and fix the problem same day!! As well as fix a few other things. He is quick, a great communicator and also explains why things may not be working.

I am a new resident here. So far it's great. I worked with Tony and he was amazing and very welcoming. He had no problem answering every comment, question, and concern. He helped my move across the U.S easier. Also, Chanel has wonderful customer service and a lovely spirit. Those cookies were delicious! The team overall was great with communication. Looking forward to loving it here!

I signed my lease April 14, 2023. I didn’t move to Houston until about two weeks later upon opening my front door, I saw a blanket of dead roaches by the door. I was completely disgusted. I immediately showed this video to the leasing office and wrote a lengthy letter to corporate because of this video they gave me a month free worth of rent but living there the time that I was living, there was not the best. They eventually moved me to a different unit about three days later, but even in that unit, I was still finding roaches every week. I would have to have an exterminator come and spray my apartment, which was completely an inconvenience for me.

New resident and it's been a great experience from a service aspect and the actual unit. Tony was my leasing agent and offered excellent service addressing my concerns promptly. The complex is older than some of the others in the area but well maintained and features more tech such as being able to control the ac with an app than my prior place that was new construction. I love that my unit has actual hardwood floors and an awesome view.

Roach Infestation MAA was not prepared for my move in for multiple reasons. The worst being that it they did not treat for roaches prior to moving in. Every day I’ve seen 3-7 new roaches. I put a work order in for pest control and I was told someone would come in an entire week later. Once that day came however, no one came to my apartment to treat for pests. I had to go to the leasing office to tell them and they had the audacity to tell me otherwise as if the smart door locks don’t keep record of when someone has entered. They did assure me that someone would be in the following day, but even after “treatment” I’m seeing multiple, new, very alive roaches every day. You can see in my video the slip saying they treated my apartment only for me to show a new roach. I haven’t been able to sleep or cook in my own apartment comfortably. In addition to the pests, they didn’t resurface my tub until after I moved in. I had to leave for a whole day which was super inconvenient as I work from home. I am missing shelves in my closet and two weeks in, I still can’t unpack properly, not that I think I will even be staying here. I still don’t have a mail key. Two Whole Weeks After Living Here.
