Best apartment complex ever! Lived in Houston almost 3.5 years and moved 5 times due to loud noise, horrible neighbors or water issues. Stayed at MAA 519 for my last year and wished I stayed here the entire 3.5 years! Natalie is amazing very attentive, and really cares about the tenants! I had an issue with a storage container and she was able to assist me and even tagged her manager in on it! The apartment complex is very quiet. I stayed on the 5th floor facing the highway and never had any issues. Most of the tenants are older or just working professionals who enjoy peace. The lights never went out when it thunder stormed or sprinkled rained did the water. Iykyk. If you like coming home from work and relaxing then this is the place for you. Montrose neighborhood absolutely amazing very walkable and no dead-end streets! If you’re from the Midwest like me you will also enjoy that lol. Close to restaurants Chop n block, many diners and 3rd ward for brunch Sunday funday literally 7 minutes away! Overall great place to live and relax! Highly enjoyed, highly recommend!

I have enjoyed living at MAA for several years and can say with confidence that the experience only continues to get better. I feel safe walking around the neighborhood, the amenities like gym and pool are clean and kept in good condition. The management team is always friendly and willing to assist with any needs/concerns . The maintenance team is quick to address any work orders and are always professional and keep you updated.
