It’s in a great location and has good amenities, but the management company in charge makes it not worth living there. They will work to scam you for every dime they can possibly get out of you for the most minuscule things. They will do this while living there and after move-out. Make sure that if you do decide to live here, read your lease agreement thoroughly because there is a lot of fine print that they will work to squeeze money out of you for. Very frustrating and sleazy at times.

Been a resident since April 2016 and about to move on to DFW. Though there are the usual frustrations that you will come across in any apartment complex I would say the office staff makes living here worth it. The property manager has been nothing but helpful, understanding and amazing at communicating with me over the years. If I were to leave some constructive criticism I would only say that there needs to be a better system at the garage entry on event days for checking in residents and guests and keeping out the Astros/Dynamo/Concert fans. Other than that it is a great complex in a fun area that keeps getting better...and I will miss living here.

Great place to live. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. My apartment is excellent, and the maintenance is excellent. If management change appliances for newer and sort out the garage issue during games, this can be a 5-star place. Keep up the good work.

Honestly, I have lived here for 2 years and have had a great experience here. The staff was friendly and helpful, the maintenance crew was prompt and also very friendly. No real complaints. I guess the only downside is that during the summer I occasional get a fruit fly problem, but its not a huge issue if you make sure to keep the dishes clean and take your trash out daily. Only reason why I'm moving out is because my work is moving me to a different part of town.

We absolutely love the layout of our apartment and how spacious it is. The maintenance crew has been a Godsend, being that it's a older building we had quite a few issues with appliances and AC/heater... But they have fixed any and every issue. Location & convenience to downtown and highways has been awesome!
