From the virtual tour of Life Tower, the building looks amazing and very welcoming for college students in the area. The amenities and overall setup seem modern, comfortable, and perfect for student living. It really looks like a great place to stay while focusing on school and enjoying campus life. This is quite the lovely place for students and I can't imagine having such niceties back in my college days! However, what makes it even nicer is a patient, hard-working & pleasant young woman/receptionist: Morgan. This girl is kind and even-tempered. She's just an extremely helpful & you can easily tell on one encounter w/ her. Give her the penthouse suite!

My time touring Life Towers was truly 10/10! My guide, Kris, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The other staff members I met seemed very welcoming. This place seems like such a positive and joyous place to call home.

I’ve loved my experience living at Life Towner Apartments! From the moment I moved in, the staff made everything so easy and welcoming they really go above and beyond to make sure residents feel at home. The community itself is super clean and well-maintained, and the amenities make daily life so convenient. The location is perfect close to everything I need but still peaceful and quiet when I want to relax. My apartment feels modern, cozy, and bright, and maintenance is always quick to respond if anything comes up. What really makes Life Towner stand out is the sense of community here. It’s easy to meet people, and the staff always has fun events going on that make it feel more like home than just an apartment complex. If you’re looking for a place that’s comfortable, well-managed, and truly feels like home, I can’t recommend Life Towner Apartments enough!!

I think a lot of people have really high expectations as this apartment looks more on the luxury side but at the end of the day it is student housing. There have been hiccups with the WiFi situation where it’ll drop occasionally but nothing SO bad. Compared to other buildings in the area, I’m saving a lot of money by staying here (even though it’s pricey) and the convenience of being next to my school is unbeatable. Personally, I’ve had no problems with maintenance, security, or management. If anything, I’ve had only good experiences with them. One day I wasn’t home and was worried about my cat so when I called, Ty (works in the leasing office) actually went to my apartment to make sure he was okay and called me back to let me know. Again, this is student housing so keep that in mind. If you want the full luxury experience go across the street and pay double. Life Tower is a very nice building and I always feel safe so that alone makes my stay worth it. I would recommend it to others for sure.
