Lenox Oaks

I do not recommend this place. If you are a pet owner the area is constantly placated with dog feces, this includes the dog park, and outdoor spaces surrounding the building. I constantly find myself stepping in dog feces and stopping my dog from investigating and getting sick. This is not only an aesthetic issue but a health concern. The property manager Emilio Garcia is not interested in conflict resolution or solving problems. It appears his management philosophy is rooted in “Laissez-fairness.” My car was towed from the parking garage, I had to pay $350 to retrieve it from the impoundment lot. I learned that the property management team never put my credentials in for registering my car to the towing companies website/app. Mr. Garcia essentially blamed me for the oversight and said general emails were sent out to the community to address this issue. There were only 3 emails sent, between a span of 4 months. Frustrated, triggered, upset, and visibly shaken by this incident, Mr. Garcia never acknowledge my feelings and told me that it was not his issue, but my fault. He also spoke to me in a condescending tone and said I was yelling at him. I interpreted his comment of me “yelling” as racially charged and gaslighting. After his insult of me yelling, he said that he would credit my account $100. He told me I am responsible for making sure he applies the credit to my account. Another concerning issue I had with Mr Garcia is his willingness to share sensitive information about residents. While upset, I asked about a complaint that I filed with the management team, he told me to situation was addressed and disclosed sensitive information that the tenant was evicted. After he shared this information he responded by saying, “…how would you feel if I shared your sensitive information?” I did not seek information on my neighbor’s financial situation but was looking for confirmation that he received my complaint. This is extremely concerning if the property manager is behaving in this nature of sharing sensitive information about residents. I do not think I’ll be renewing my lease.

I’ve truly enjoyed living here, and I want to recognize the management team for the effort they put into maintaining the property and creating a welcoming environment. The facilities are kept in great condition, and the staff consistently provide attentive and friendly customer service. Haley and Abraham Martinez were incredibly helpful when I needed assistance setting up my internet connection. They took the time to make sure everything was resolved, and I really appreciated their patience. Emilio Garcia and Jabari Gibson have also been wonderful with maintenance requests in my apartment. They are prompt, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions about the resident apps and community resources. It’s clear they genuinely care about helping residents. If I could make one small suggestion, I would love to see the return of the touchless coffee machine, as it was such a nice amenity. It would also be great to add a few more gym accessories, such as ankle straps (ankle cuffs) for the cable machines, rope attachments, and other functional training tools. Small additions like these would make the gym even more versatile and enjoyable for residents who like strength training. Overall, I’m very grateful for the team’s hard work and the positive experience I’ve had here. It truly feels like a community.

Recently moved into Lennox oaks and the staff were very friendly/helpful through the entire process. Upon my move, my apartment was throughly clean, spacious with an amazing view. And did i mention the property gifted me with a free 50 inch tv upon my move in as a house warming gift. Jabari in the front office is awesome! 👌🏾 If your looking for a quiet, safe and luxurious place to live, lennox oaks is it.

I’ve lived here going on two years now, and I truly love it. With the new management, this place has only gotten better. Every single person on the team is personable, welcoming, and genuinely makes an effort to get to know the residents. They’re always available whenever you need them, and it really feels like they care. Maintenance is super fast, and any concerns I’ve ever had are addressed in a timely manner. The staff honestly feels like family, which is rare to find in an apartment community. One of my favorite perks is the on-site convenience market downstairs. It’s incredibly convenient. they have snacks, drinks, household essentials, personal care items, and more. If I don’t feel like leaving home and need something quickly, I can just go downstairs and have it added to my account. It’s such a small thing, but it makes a big difference. I plan to stay here as long as it continues to make sense for me, because right now, I genuinely enjoy living here. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place that feels like home

Living at Lenox Oaks has been an amazing experience so far! The amenities are absolutely gorgeous, making everyday life feel like a luxury. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredible team behind it. The employees are kind, proactive, and always ready to provide the best solutions for any situation. I want to give a special shout-out to Emilio and Jabari — two of the best people I’ve ever met. They consistently go above and beyond to make my day easier and happier. Their professionalism and friendliness make a huge difference, and I’m so grateful to have met them. Overall, Lenox Oaks offers not just a beautiful living space but also a community supported by an outstanding team. Highly recommend!
