Great reponse from your leasing team in regards to crime happening in your apartments! I really appreciate the care and thought process that it took to write such a beautiful email. I encourage all future residents to move here! As it seems that have individuals that will greet you both verbally and physically. More so the part where I was told to go to a government website for more information! 😊 Top notch staff indeed.

We had a wonderful tour with Kaylee on Saturday. She was beyond amazing. Showed us around and was so honest about everything. I loved that she lives on the property. We went on two other tours and Kaylee definitely sold Legends to my son, husband and I. If you are going to tour I would request her. Legends exceeded our expectation.

This is the most convenient apartment complex in all of Houston. It is managed by two of the best in the business, Lily and Amanda—they truly are exceptional. They handle work orders quickly and efficiently; you don't have to ask more than once for anything. Their professionalism is impressive. If you can secure a place here, I highly recommend it. It’s located just 10 to 15 minutes from anywhere in Houston, which is fantastic!

I recently moved to Legends of memorial and Lily and Amanda made my move effortless and smooth . They helped with every detail and questions I had. I love living here !. The place is well maintained. The environment is quiet , inviting and friendly. I feel safe and at home. The maintenance personal is friendly and polite. I love my apartment ! It has all I need right now. I am looking forward to making this place my home for a long time. Thank you Legends of memorial.

a very good place to live, more than a year now, good and fast maintenance service, the girls in the office Lily and Amanda, I love that they are always very friendly and welcome you with a smile, the place is quiet, very peaceful , a good area with everything accessible, excellent pools, well maintained, clean, especially in these Texas summer times.
