The property is perfect. And all the neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. The Property manager Josselin Yusco is very active in the community and takes the concerns of all residents very seriously. She walked us through the entire rental process and made it very easy to understand.

The property is great and is pet friendly which is an huge plus! Also the property manager Josselin is amazing and very helpful. She goes above and beyond explaining everything and is very knowledgeable about the area. Overall very happy to live here and happy to have friendly neighbors and a great property manager. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking to move in the area 😊

I’ve had a great experience living here it is very quiet and peaceful over the years. The apartment manager Josselin is professional, friendly, and always helpful. Let me not forget to mention maintenance Marilu is quick, respectful, and fixes issues right away, she’s great! I truly appreciate how well the property is managed.

Lived here since 2015. Have gone through many managers. We just got a new one. She’s pretty good. My ac unit wasn’t working as it should. They sent a technician, he did what he thought was the fix. It turned out to be something different. So we had to call again. He came the next day and I believe it is fixed, so far so good! The communication was a little bit off, I would’ve taken 1/2 star off if I could’ve. I could’ve put 4 too, but it’s not the fault of anyone. They are going through a transition so it’s totally understandable. We just re-signed our lease. Look forward to the next year here. They really do the best they can to take care of their residents.

Komal in one word is: phenomenal! From the moment my boyfriend and I arrived to view the apartment townhome she was full of energy and has had great communication with us. She showed us around the complex and really emphasized all of the great features the complex and apartment itself had. She is ALWAYS on top of any email correspondence I send with questions. Any time I walk into the office she is super friendly and welcoming. Coming from a apartment complex that was the exact opposite this move in experience has been outstanding! I plan on renewing my lease for sure! - loss of stars due to current update NOT komal.
