I ve had a really great experience living here,no problem, I've really love it,the team here is exceptional, really loving guys,God truly blessed them.

Move in process was smooth…all the things i asked to be replaced or repaired has been done in a timely manner.. The ladies in the office are awesome! Looking forward to the next 11 months

I have been patient with the manager staff at La Monte Townhomes Park because of so many unwanted people were using the pool until late at night, playing loud music all hours of the night and couple fighting and yelling each other during the daylight hrs, etc. No security is in place, the gate are always either open all weekend at the exit gate or broken and the keypad codes would be the same for anyone to come in. Completely unsafe!!! It is unsafe for families to live here and your car will be broken into if you don't have you car parked right in front of your step! In addition, if you move out early even though you personally do a walk through with the MANAGER (LUIS), they charge you over $6k and put that on your credit report! Also, the VP (SHE) is another person who don't care of anyone needs or security! All they care about is your money and that's it! THE WORST APARTMENT EVER!!!! I lived there for 2yrs and never will I ever recommend these apartments to anyone! THE WORST!!! Overall rating: F 0/5

Hi there, so let me just start by saying when arriving to property Anna as well as the manager Luis both were very helpful in the process of searching for a customer service was very top tier. You don't always receive a great customer service experience at all properties but hands down the best I had. Also may I add that the property is well kept and quiet so I would like to thank these two for the great work and accommodation.

Probably the wost-run apartment I've lived in and I've lived in a few. The dumpsters have overflowed and piles of trash sat stacked at head height for weeks. The amenities residents pay for are non-functional and just another way to squeeze $ while providing no actual value. The gym has no air conditioning so it's basically a small greenhouse where you can go to catch a heat stroke. The mandatory "trash valet" that everyone has to pay extra for does not operate on weekends or if it's raining --you know... the only times a working person would actually be willing to pay someone else to take out their garbage. Not sure if the pool will ever actually be open. A lot of the patio areas are crumbling. The fence has about a half dozen breaches so randos go picking through the dumpsters at night and leave a nasty mess all around it. We get weekly messages about cleaning up after our dogs ost still don't) but all the off-leash pitbulls roaming the place don't seem to warrant attention. And there is nobody, ever, in the office or answering the phone to address all these issues. Just giving that second star because the interior layouts are nice and the (very understaffed) maintenance crew is courteous.
