Outstanding management , and very attentive to tenant needs! Staff is lovely and the manager & assistant manager are heart warming young ladies and are awesome at what they do :) Ms.Lopez showed us around about a year ago and don’t regret our decision.

I resided in La Carmona 2001-2005. Never a late payment, or problems in the complex. I moved out after completing the required 60 days. As I completed what was required of me. I fully expected that I would receive monies due to me from my deposit. I spoke with ofc staff several times regarding my deposit and was told they didnt have anything to do with it, the refund would come by mail from corporate. I called the ofc once again and was told by the property manager that the only thing that could be done was for her to call and remind corporate about my refund. after days passed I called the ofc again and requested corporates phone number. What a joke, I called corporate office two days straight and no one answered. I endured loud music every thur-sunday until all hours of night, roaches, roosters crowing, tepid or no water. The maintenance crew was the best service offered. Ofc staff leaves a lot to be desired. WAITING ON MY REFUND.

Hey, if y’all need new management let me in office trust me none these people really complaining about y’all apartments they complaining about management if you need someone who gone do it well and right and handle people with care let me know. You need more tenants it’s not gone be by trapping them in a contract it will be by things being handled with care. Just because some people live above the means of others don’t mean we have to be mean to them.

I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from La Carmona today. After 13 years of on-time rent payments, I was shocked at how they handled my first-ever late payment (one day late). They immediately requested I move out within 3 days, even after payment. When my granddaughter called to discuss the situation on my behalf, we were met with unprofessional and downright rude behavior from the property manager, Mya. It was clear she does not know how to speak to residents respectfully. After years of timely payments and peaceful tenancy, I expected much better treatment. While I previously left a 4-star review, noting that security needed improvement, today’s experience has completely soured my opinion of this place. If this is how they treat long-term residents, I can only imagine the experience for others.
