The front office is a great help to getting you all settled. The living arrangement is good along with immediate help from compliance if you need it. Aaliyah Nicole is also a great plus to the front office as well, she is very approachable and helps with all your concerns along with leading you in the right path whenever you need something fixed, checked off or answered etc.

Aaliyah has been extremely helpful during my move-in process and even afterward. She’s helped with package sign-offs when I wasn’t available and made sure everything was handled correctly and on time. She’s been a great support and made the whole process much smoother.

I initially looked online when I got opportunity in the area for multiple housing options. The website is so customer friendly that, I do not need to come in person. When requested video tours and live calls, the staff is friendly and guided me over the past 3 months. Finally, I opted this community. And moved from LA to here. Once arrived all looked well until I entered in the new home. But, the shocking part is in reality the experience is not awe-kind. But, I am stuck now. The good side is they have offered me handicap parking when requested to have one near to my apartment. This satisfied me

If you like crime, noisy neighbors, and a completely incompetent leasing staff, this is the place for you. I've enjoyed apartment living for over 20 years and in all of that time, I've never been more frustrated with an apartment management staff. I can't even count how many times I've tried contacting the leasing office without anyone answering, how many voicemails I've left that have gone unreturned, how many emails ignored, how much misinformation given, and unresolved maintenance issues. Even signing the lease was a nightmare because no one was responding to me or they responded so late that it caused me a lot of problems. When I thought things couldn't get any worse, after the FIRST wave of parking garage thefts, the leasing office sent an email to all residents basically saying keeping our vehicles from being burglarized was not their problem and to just call the police. No concern, no accountability, no assurances to help protect our property, nothing. Ironically, the SECOND wave of thefts occurred on the day the leasing office closed early to attend a "company function", so while they were enjoying time away from all of their hard work, their residents were literally having their vehicles dismantled. How did the leasing office address the second wave of theft? They didn't. No acknowledgment or communication to the community at all. I'm betting one reason it's so easy to access our parking garage is that there is ONE entry code for the entire complex, so that means every friend and family member of any resident, and every delivery driver and whoever they want to share the code with has it. I don't really think that constitutes as a gated community, but it's sure advertised as it. As for the apartment itself, it's actually nice. However, the walls are paper thin so I can hear my neighbors every night. I even live on the top floor on the corner of the building so I can't imagine what it's like for residents who are stuck between apartments and on the lower levels. I like that there's plenty of parking, but apparently the leasing office doesn't even know it's own policies on parking, so I got a notice to tow ticket on my car even though I asked twice about the policy before that. No notice, no phone call, no email, as if I had never even inquired. The leasing staff just characterized it as a "misunderstanding." I wish I could say more positive things about Kimpton, but I don't know what else I can say. Conditions at Kimpton are getting better, but you can still see whatever measures are taken to secure the garage from theft are evidently inadequate. Maybe it will improve.

I love the location, close to the Museums, Rice Village, HEB and walking paths. The property is very well maintained and staffed. The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. I really enjoy the monthly social opportunities and get togethers. I appreciate the fact that I can park on the same level as my apartment, really makes grocery shopping easier. Most of the neighbors that I have met are cheerful and friendly. My apartment is very roomy and stylish.
