Monique! Was amazing my move in process was so smooth and she’s the sweetest soul she made me feel comfortable and welcomed throughout the whole process as well as the other ladies there❤️ super excited to call Marquis of katy my new home!

Monique really comes through for the people she works with. She’s kind, is great at what her job, and makes sure you feel heard and seen. I would recommend anyone and everyone interested in this apartment to go straight to her, you won’t regret it! I certainly know I don’t.

DO NOT MOVE HERE — THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE DUMP. The glowing reviews are 100% fake — they literally offered people raffle entries just to write them. Let me tell you the truth: this property is a straight-up disaster. First off, there are NO SECURITY CAMERAS anywhere except the front gate. That’s it. Vehicles keep getting broken into, and management does absolutely nothing. The hallways? FILTHY. Covered in bird crap, trash, old food, and God knows what else. Roaches? EVERYWHERE. It’s an infestation. When I moved in, my unit looked like it hadn’t even been cleaned. I submitted a detailed list of all the disgusting issues, and they had the nerve to “lose” it. The main leasing agent? Rude as hell — clearly never took a single customer service class in her life. The ONLY decent thing here is the maintenance team, and even they can’t fix the fact that this place is falling apart. Rent keeps climbing for no reason, and they charge you for water you never used. The windows are so cheap and uninsulated that your electric bill will shoot through the roof. And by the time your lease is up? Expect your rent to be $200+ higher than when you started. Nobody renews here because everyone with common sense runs for the hills after one lease. Save yourself the time, money, and misery — keep driving and find literally ANY other place. This place is a scam and a nightmare rolled into one.

This maintenance crew is the best in business. Oscar and Andy are both fast and Godly men. We have truly been blessed living here this past year and like the last reviewer before me, we’re new to the state and didn’t know anybody at all. The community is awesome and welcoming. It will be hard to leave this place, when the managing team and the maintenance team are the best in Texas.

I moved from Wisconsin to Katy TX for a job, and Marquis at Katy was recommended to me by a work colleague. It’s always a bit of a gamble to choose a place to live before seeing it, but my experience was a pleasure. Monique was friendly and courteous throughout the process. She guided me through setting up my utilities, insurance, and moving logistics. The apartment and the grounds are beautiful. The staff responds quickly and joyfully to questions and requests. I am delighted to be here.
