Great value for the money compared to a lot of other townhomes in the area. The recent upgrades have really improved the property and make the homes feel much more modern and comfortable. Overall, a solid place to live if you want something affordable without sacrificing quality.

I live nearby and decided to take a tour because I noticed the property was under new management. Let me tell you, the changes were fantastic! The property has been transformed into a stunning place, both inside and out. The new ownership and management were the right decision. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for safety and a peaceful environment. It’s spacious, comfortable, and well-affordable.

Under new ownership and management, this place has really changed. There have been noticeable upgrades to the property, making it feel much safer, more modern, and cozy. You can tell there’s been real effort put into improving the property. The new manager Gina, is amazing at her job and works fast. Definitely a great change!

The place is amazing under new management. Since late 2025 the units have been upgraded with granite countertops, new appliances, flooring, faucets and toilets. Roofs are new and the property is freshly painted. A great quite place to live. Strongly recommend.

Got towed within 5 minutes of registration… run away they love towing you cars money goes to the property every time! This place is a joke
