I would give Sandra 10 stars if I could. We called her in a panic having toured several complexes that gave us reason for concern. Sandra immediately got to work and found my daughter a wonderful complex that was not only beautiful but safe. Within a few hours we had an application in and couldn’t be happier. My daughter loves the boutique apartment she found her and we couldn’t be more grateful!

It has been one the best experiences and if you value time, expertise, knowledge, professionalism, and having someone that will give you honest feedback call Sandra. I would give her a 100 stars if possible!!!!!

I have worked with Sandra for several years and she is fantastic. She has been able to find me so many great listings on very short notice. In addition to being very knowledgeable about the area, she is very knowledgeable about management and the construction itself. She is extremely prompt and communicative, and she fiercely advocates for the best interests of her clients. She is truly the best!

It was such a great experience working with Sandra! Moving to a new location in Houston was a daunting challenge; however, Sandra made it such an enjoyable experience. She had several apartments/condos lined up while I was in town so as to cover as a much ground as possible . She also absolutely went to bat for us achieving the best deal possible. She has such a warm, friendly personality and her knowledge and expertise are invaluable. I would absolutely work with her again.

Sandra Gunn is top notch and the only realtor you’ll ever need. She personally met me at the property, arrived ahead of me, advocated on my behalf and I ended up with a great deal on an apartment that I love. If this is the type of service she offers for an apartment rental I can’t imagine the enthusiasm, effort and support she’d provide for anyone buying or selling property. Overall great experience and couldn’t recommend her more.
