So I’m having an issue under here and when I brought it up to the landlord she informed me that there is a diversity issue over here. I don’t understand if that meant racist or what but someone keep letting their dog poop right in front my door and stay there was a dead rat placed in front of my door. I called the building manager he stated someone would come clean it up but today is Saturday and it is still dead right in front of my door. This is very disgusting and unsanitary. Maintenance was just watering bushes, now I have a dead wet rat directly in front my door? How they missed that? My unit is in the middle. Please don’t move over here if you’re blank and don’t have a dog. These people are nasty dog shit just EVERYWHERE! And management sucks hard!! It won’t let me upload a picture cause i have proof

My spouse and I have lived here a long time. The Pool is in the middle of the complex is inviting and people chat getting the mail and walking their dogs. The Bus line on Hammerly provides service to this area and most neighbors communicate and walk outside daily.
