Hanover Montrose

I currently live at this property, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. One ongoing issue involves a particular neighbor who repeatedly complains whenever I am doing something as simple as watching a movie in my apartment. No other neighbors have ever raised concerns, yet every time this individual complains, the concierge is sent to knock on my door. Rather than addressing what appears to be an unreasonable pattern of complaints, management continues to inconvenience me by treating each complaint as a disturbance. It feels as though the easiest solution for management is simply to interrupt me rather than investigate the root cause of the issue. I also understand that the building’s sound insulation is not comparable to other high-rise properties, as the walls and construction do not provide the same level of noise separation. However, that should not result in a resident being repeatedly disturbed because of one neighbor’s exaggerated complaints. In addition, the building’s maintenance and amenities have been frustrating. Out of four elevators, it seems that at least one is consistently out of service, creating unnecessary inconvenience for residents. Today’s experience further reinforced my concerns. My parents came to visit and drove an electric vehicle. Since the property has EV charging stations and management is fully aware that I am a resident, I expected some level of assistance. Instead, I was told I would have to wait until Monday to be added to the system before being able to use the chargers. Rather than offering a temporary solution, the response essentially left us to figure things out on our own. I pay a significant amount in rent to live here, and I expect a higher level of service, responsiveness, and resident support. Having lived in several high-rise communities over the years, I can honestly say this has been the most disappointing experience. The recurring issues, lack of proactive problem-solving, and overall handling of resident concerns have left me extremely dissatisfied.

Beautiful Property!

Great experience living here! Currently in my second year and loving the residence. Management is very courteous and helpful, and the manager himself often steps in to rectify any issues cleanly and promptly. The rooms are very nice, with apartment amenities (pool/ gym) always cleaned and in good condition. Leasing office is also quite helpful and valet’s are great. Overall a very nice experience across the people, amenities, and living conditions.

I have enjoyed my year and a half stay at Hanover and would honestly recommend this place to everyone. However, the reason I have left a 4 star is because my vehicle was stolen out of the garage in broad daylight, so crime is still a possibility even with all of their security features.
