Hanover River Oaks

As an Interior Designer, today I accompanied by Clients who are considering leasing a penthouse at Hanover River Oaks & I must compliment the Hanover on its inviting, comfortable, beautifully designed interiors! We toured the penthouse as well as the amenities & I can certainly understand how a resident might not want to leave home with such aesthetically pleasing facilities for entertaining, socializing, working out, etc. And Leasing Consultant Marisa could not have been more cordial and informative as to living at Hanover River Oaks. She was attentive to my Clients' questions and I would feel comfortable referring her to a potential resident.

Good: great views, great amenities, great location, leasing agents, management and concierge/front desk are all excellent. Bad: valet is incredibly rude to your guest coming to pick you up, best is to wait out on the street. Air condition has been a severe problem since day 1, waking up sweating numerous nights. I’ve heard continued revolving excuses, floor is out, gas leaks, roof unit, etc. I’m not an ac tech, end of story is that it hasn’t worked in my 4 months here and there has not been any expeditious effort to get it resolved. Upon move-in upstairs tenants had old rugs hanging onto my balcony, after 2-3 weeks of emails they were removed as if it was a favor to me? Since that occurrence there are 2 additional occurrences. **Update to Response** I’ve submitted various tickets on these matters which are outstanding or marked “completed” when they were unaddressed and you’re asking me to give you a call?

Hanover for sure gives off the feeling of clean and premium for an apartment complex. Regina was awesome! Was super nice while showing me different apartments. She was ecstatic and a fun to talk to, so I definitely felt welcome looking for my next community.

I just toured with Regina and she was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she was so warm, personable, and easy to talk to. She made the whole tour feel comfortable and enjoyable. I felt like I was walking around with a friend who genuinely wanted to help me find the right home. Regina answered all my questions with patience and professionalism, and you can tell she truly cares about her job and the people she’s helping. Thank you, Regina!

I just moved to the Hanover River Oaks and I LOVE it here! Everyone in the leasing office is amazing. I worked with Marisa, Nhu, and Trey and they were so accommodating. Kevin at concierge is also amazing and same with Wilson, who handles maintenance. The entire staff is so friendly and the residents are as well. You won’t regret living here! *P.S. The views are stunning!
