I moved in here about a year and a half the service and Staff is amazing Nick and maintenance is exceptional very courteous, prompt and knowledgeable.

Hanover Post Oak (HPO) is a great place to live! One of the best things about living at Hanover Post Oak is the superb maintenance team. I recently had an issue with my AC. Nick and Victor responded, found the unusual problem, and quickly had it fixed. These guys are the BEST ever! They do a great job of making sure requests for service are filled quickly. They are always courteous, professional, efficient, and take good care of the property, the infrastructure and especially the individual units. I absolutely love living here at Hanover Post Oak! The entire staff is superb and they do their best to make HPO feel like a "home" and not just another apartment building. Erica is a wonderful manager and the entire team from our superb maintenance guys, the leasing staff, house keeping, valets, and our helpful concierge crew do an amazing job of keeping our building a clean, pleasant, and safe place for all of the residents. I have been here for nearly seven years now; much longer than I anticipated. But, I feel very much at home and look forward to many more years as a resident at Hanover Post Oak.

The concierge and maintenance staff are very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. They make the living experience better. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the management. They can be rude, dismissive, unprofessional and complaints are often ignored even when they happen repeatedly unless a public review is left. Don’t waste your time here
